A 30 year old Norfolk girl living in Glasgow. Supporter of The Scottish Green Party.

After turning vegetarian in my very early teens and developing an intolerance for wheat and lactose in 2006, I decided to make the switch to veganism.

Despite the occasional moan and groan, I have been met with a fairly positive reaction to this. I originally gave up eating meat as I don’t enjoy the taste of it and, over the years, I have educated myself in the benefits it has not only on a person’s mental and physical health, but the impact it has on the environment.

I love nature and the environment and technically so should you as we need it so hopefully you will find the information as interesting as I do.

Even if you change just one thing that benefits your carbon footprint, it will have some benefit, search these pages for inspiration and I am always keen to hear your ideas and thoughts.
